We are engaged in the casting and processing of parts with a diameter of approximately Φ340 mm and a thickness of 8 mm, used in semiconductor manufacturing equipment.

This is a cylinder for 2-stroke engines with a displacement of 30cc to 120cc. It is mainly used in a wide range of applications, from agricultural and forestry equipment such as chainsaws, power blowers, and brush cutters to leisure equipment like paragliders. It is a thin-walled product made by pressure casting, with no occurrence of voids or blow holes.

We have successfully produced high-pressure products with a pressure resistance of 30.9 MPa (315 kg/cm²) for gear pump parts used in construction machinery and heavy equipment through gravity casting.

We offer integrated production from aluminum casting and machining to assembly. We achieve injection characteristics suitable for the required product quality with new machines, and we can flexibly accommodate various prototypes, custom products, and small lot models (1 to 1000 units).
