We engage with each customer individually and strive to improve costs and quality as much as possible! - Quality We own 30 units of the Makino Industries general-purpose machine C-40! Because it is a general-purpose machine, we can accommodate various special shapes of carbide tips! Our unique quality system, which supports over 5,000 types of products, completely shuts down the outflow of defective products! - Cost We can propose new cost-saving measures through materials and processing cost reductions using double-sided CBN, as well as blast processing and changes in grinding direction, which are possible because we are a processing company! We have extensive experience in regrinding. We can accommodate various carbide tips, not just drills and end mills! - Delivery 0% delivery delays in the second half of 2019! We accept orders starting from one piece! By owning multiple units of the same machine, we can respond to mass production on the same day! If we receive regular orders, we can deliver on the same day by holding inventory! For other irregular orders and test products, we can respond in as little as one week!
