Since our establishment in Taiwan in 1981, we have continuously refined our technology and achievements solely in aluminum die casting. By consistently carrying out processes such as mold design, die casting, deburring, metal processing, and CNC machining in-house, we can significantly reduce costs. Additionally, we can also provide services in collaboration with partner factories for plastic injection molding, rubber parts, zinc alloys, painting, drilling, surface treatment, simple assembly, and various secondary processing. Leveraging our unique achievements and experience, we will work closely with our customers to create OEM products that meet their desired performance and specifications. Business Activities
Mei Aluminum Co., Ltd. is a casting manufacturer that has established a consistent production system from casting to machining and simple assembly. We prioritize cost advantages by using ADC12, which is easy to machine. (Our Strengths) - Capable of handling a variety of small-lot production requests and prototypes - Collaboration with many partner factories involved in aluminum product manufacturing - Even in cases where other companies use 250t die-casting machines, we can cast with just a 150t machine thanks to our unique experience and know-how. (Main Production Equipment) - Die-casting machines: 2 units of 150t 1 unit of 550t - CNC machining machines - Lathes and milling machines - Tapping drill presses For large orders, we will develop custom jigs and machines (for drilling, tapping, etc.) tailored to customer needs. ☆Regarding Customer Inquiries☆ Please contact us via email or our website.
