We introduce highly motivated and talented foreign individuals who have received specialized education, as immediate assets and executive candidates, through direct collaboration with top-class mechanical and electronic engineering universities in Vietnam. * We only introduce candidates who can become immediate assets in manufacturing, such as design engineers and potential site leaders, through direct interviews with them. * Please note that we do not provide introductions for the purpose of securing "cheap labor." For small and medium-sized manufacturing companies that support Japanese industry, addressing the "shortage of successors and talent" and ensuring "global competitiveness" are urgent issues. In an increasingly challenging market environment, we want to continue supporting Japan in the future - from this desire, we only introduce truly reliable, outstanding, and highly motivated foreign talent. From Vietnam, which produces the most promising talent in Asia, we only introduce individuals that we can confidently recommend, tailored to the character and business needs of your company. If there is a need to improve Japanese language skills or business knowledge at the time of introduction, we can also provide customized training upon request.
