Syntegon Technology, a global manufacturer of packaging machinery for pharmaceuticals and food (headquartered in Germany, formerly known as Bosch Packaging Technology), made its debut at "CPhI Japan 2023," held at Tokyo Big Sight from April 19 to 21, 2023. At this exhibition, which brings together stakeholders from Japan and abroad involved in the research, development, and manufacturing of pharmaceuticals, the company aims to enhance the presence of its granulation equipment brand Hüttlin, which is expanding its business in Europe, the United States, and Asia. With a focus on showcasing high-performance fluid bed solutions, the company displayed the "Solidlab2+" fluid bed granulation equipment for clinical trials and laboratory use at its booth (G6-18). During the exhibitor presentation, detailed explanations were provided about the technological concepts that achieve homogeneous granulation and ideal scale-up.

The Fluid Bed Technology of Hüttlin," we will showcase fluid bed granulation equipment for clinical trial drugs and research and development. Additionally, we will introduce technologies and mechanisms that cannot be demonstrated with actual equipment in our unique virtual factory that replicates pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities. The Shintegon inspection machines are utilized in pharmaceutical factories around the world to ensure the safe and secure production of medicines. The total number of units produced has reached 1,500 on a global scale. The technology accumulated through achievements and experience has already been adopted in the manufacturing lines for COVID-19 vaccines in various countries, contributing to the distribution of safe products through inspections for foreign matter contamination and appearance defects.
