We would like to announce that the IoT business, which we have been working on as a new venture at Asco Co., Ltd., will be spun off into a new company called GUGEN Co., Ltd. All products and services, including "PUSHLOG," which were handled by the IoT Business Promotion Office at Asco Co., Ltd., have been transferred to GUGEN Co., Ltd. We will continue to strengthen our IoT business, and we appreciate your continued support.

GUGEN's Vision for IoT "An IoT that everyone can use immediately" GUGEN believes that customers should spend time on utilizing IoT rather than investing time and costs in building it. This is because only the customers, who know their field best, can determine how to effectively utilize IoT. We aim to support customers in realizing ideas that lead to improved operational efficiency, enhancements, increased product value, and the development of new business models by lowering the technical barriers to IoT implementation, allowing them to do so without burden.
