Our company plays a significant role in the automotive industry by manufacturing necessary inspection jigs for the production process of automotive parts, as well as assembly jigs, piercing jigs, and jigs to prevent material thinning, which are essential for the assembly process of each component. Furthermore, we do not solely rely on CAD/CAM/NC throughout the entire manufacturing process; instead, we utilize the handwork techniques cultivated through wooden model production to apply appropriate methods for each part, striving to reduce costs and shorten lead times to closely meet our customers' wishes. We are constantly collaborating with partner manufacturers and challenging ourselves with new endeavors, such as metal processing, powder shaping, and jigs incorporating electrical circuits.
