Asama Engineering Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer of specialized machines (manufacturing equipment, production facilities, and FA equipment) founded in 1978. Utilizing the know-how accumulated over the years, we design and manufacture specialized machines ranging from cam mechanisms to multi-axis robots, contributing to the automation of assembly, inspection, and transportation processes for customers in industries such as semiconductors, electronic components, automotive, and batteries. We have obtained ISO 9001 certification, an international standard for quality management systems, and are constantly striving to improve quality. We are equipped with clean rooms and temperature and humidity-controlled rooms, allowing us to manufacture specialized machines for various applications.
Business Activities
We are primarily engaged in the businesses of "custom machine manufacturing," "Asama Mechanic Dr," and "business support." In "custom machine manufacturing," we conduct joint development and product adaptation, proposing and providing the latest custom machines that capture the needs of the market to our customers. In "Asama Mechanic Dr," we act as the primary care provider for our customers' custom machines, offering repair, overhaul, maintenance, modification, and reproduction for machines that no longer have a manufacturer or repair provider. In "business support," we provide on-site artisan services, design data, and parts delivery to companies active in the same industry, supporting them with manpower and technology.
