At "Asama Mechanic Dr," we serve as the primary care physician for your dedicated machines (manufacturing equipment, production facilities, FA equipment) that have lost their manufacturers or repair personnel. We provide repair, overhaul, maintenance, modification, and reproduction manufacturing for these dedicated machines. Our case studies include examples where machines and controls were addressed individually. Using reverse engineering technology, our "reproduction manufacturing" analyzes dedicated machines that have no drawings due to the manufacturer going out of business or those that have been damaged, allowing us to recreate them. With our unique know-how gained from manufacturing various dedicated machines and the latest equipment such as three-dimensional measuring devices, we handle a wide range of requests.
