Our company is engaged in the manufacturing, wholesale, and retail of candy, as well as the operation of restaurants. Our Kyoto candy is made in a small candy factory in Uji, using traditional earthen kilns to slowly cook in small batches over direct heat, carefully boiled down with skilled techniques, and meticulously crafted by hand one by one.
