Zao Provence Farm, located at an elevation of 600 meters on the slopes of Mount Zao in the dairy farming region.

Our company raises about 150 Holstein dairy cows and processes fresh raw milk into yogurt and ice cream on the same day. With our technical expertise and experience as a manufacturer, we accept contract manufacturing of original ice cream (gelato) in overwhelmingly small lots.
