Kyoritsu Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was established in October 1982 with the aim of producing prototype automotive sheet metal. Since then, we have consistently handled everything from mold making to assembly processing, focusing primarily on prototypes for two-wheeled and four-wheeled vehicles. Due to the nature of prototypes, we are always challenged to adopt new technologies, and it is because our employees have united to tackle these challenges that Kyoritsu Manufacturing Co., Ltd. exists today. We are committed to improving our technology under the theme of "manufacturing that connects to the future" and will continue to produce products that bring joy to our employees, customers, and users alike. Currently, we supply prototype and mass-produced parts, as well as inspection jigs, primarily to parts manufacturers for automotive and motorcycle components.
Business Activities
We focus on prototypes for two-wheeled and four-wheeled vehicles, handling everything from mold production to assembly processing in a consistent manner. We provide total support for our customers' development and manufacturing. Furthermore, by reducing outsourcing workdays through in-house integrated production, decreasing the number of mold remakes through modeling by skilled professionals familiar with material properties and pressing techniques, and improving work setup efficiency by simultaneously creating work jigs after modeling, we have achieved significant reductions in delivery times compared to typical prototype manufacturing. In addition to prototype manufacturing, we are capable of providing services in all aspects of automotive and motorcycle development and manufacturing, including the production of processing and inspection jigs, handwork during mass production startup, and the manufacturing of small-lot mass-produced items.
