We would like to introduce the technology related to "heat treatment" held by Kyoritsu Seisakusho. In "gas carburizing and nitriding," we use a carburizing gas RX with 5% to 10% ammonia added. The treatment temperature is between 750°C and 900°C, and the treatment time is shorter than that of gas carburizing, allowing for the formation of a thin hardened layer. We would like to introduce the technology of "grinding processing" at Kyoritsu Seisakusho. In addition to "cylindrical grinding," which can achieve roundness within 1μ and surface roughness within 0.4a, we possess technology for external diameter polishing such as "centerless grinding." On the other hand, "internal diameter polishing" involves chucking the workpiece's outer diameter and using a spindle-mounted grinding wheel to finish the inner diameter. At Kyoritsu Seisakusho, we are currently manufacturing 'Pump ASSY' with a displacement of 65-90cc/rev, primarily for small construction machinery in the 5-10 ton range. This product is akin to the heart in a human being. Similarly, burrs are one of the significant issues. For the casings of the pump ASSY produced in-house using M/C, we have created a work instruction manual for burr removal and pay careful attention to burr processing. Our company is also equipped with a dedicated test bench. At Kyoritsu Seisakusho, we manufacture "control valve spools" for medium-sized hydraulic excavators ranging from 7 to 30 tons. We carry out all processes in-house, including lathe machining, M/C machining, thermal deburring, heat treatment, and polishing. Our company adds a process called thermal deburring. We perform deburring both manually and mechanically. Additionally, for some customers, we deliver products that can be assembled directly into control valves after finishing polishing, including the assembly of springs and plugs, allowing us to respond flexibly to customer requests.
