All equipment is designed to match the customer's motor, allowing us to provide the minimum necessary devices, from automatic testing equipment to manual testing equipment. 【Regarding the Load Used】 ■ Tokai Techno's motor load testing equipment primarily uses motors as the load. ■ Depending on customer requests and rotational speed, we can also manufacture equipment that uses brakes as the load. ■ We can create equipment that tests motors while they are placed in a constant temperature chamber. ■ We also support load testing machines for motors that operate in a reciprocating motion within a certain angle range. * It is also possible to manufacture using equipment specified by the customer. Tōkai Techno has manufactured and delivered numerous motor load testing devices compatible with various types of motors. Furthermore, we have also introduced a motor load testing bench within Tōkai Techno, where we conduct tests on our customers' motors. - We conduct load tests on customers' motors. Please use this service if you would like to confirm the testing operation with your actual motor while considering the introduction of a motor load testing device. Additionally, even if you do not plan to introduce a motor load testing device, it is possible to conduct load tests on your motor on a spot basis. *Please inquire about costs as we will need to create a fixture to attach your motor. - Visits to the motor load testing bench are also possible. We will conduct demonstrations of motor load testing even without requiring you to provide your motor.
