Solar safety switch, DC switch, flywheel are Sigma Energy.
This is a spin-off company from Tokyo Institute of Technology that manufactures and sells solar safety switches capable of stopping power generation for each panel during fires or disasters, DC switches that can interrupt DC with the capacity of AC relays, and measures against momentary voltage drops using flywheel-equipped induction generators (TIT Venture No. 112).
