Since August 2017, we have started 3PL services for Company L. We handle a series of logistics operations, including receiving, inspecting, inventory management, and store-specific sorting of various products delivered from suppliers (manufacturers) of building materials and tools at our "Noda Yoshiharu Logistics Center," and then delivering them to each store. By outsourcing logistics management to us, we not only reduce logistics costs but also simplify the store receiving operations through the stabilization and standardization of delivery schedules. We provide 3PL services for Shimatatsu, a major retailer, and are contracted to operate a logistics center that supplies products to 49 home improvement stores. Previously, Shimatatsu had established a logistics system where each vendor delivered products directly to the stores. Since April 2009, we have been entrusted with the operation of the logistics center for Francfranc Co., Ltd. We primarily receive, inspect, and temporarily store interior goods and furniture produced mainly in China at the center. Based on orders, we carry out picking, distribution processing, and packaging, after which we supply to 125 stores nationwide and 7 overseas stores (in Hong Kong). Additionally, in response to the launch of our online shopping, we are now accommodating not only store supplies but also deliveries to individual homes (using courier services).
