We would like to introduce a case where we undertook the entire campus relocation project for Rissho University affiliated Rissho Junior and Senior High School, from planning to actual work. The relocation work was carried out over a total of 11 days, utilizing periods such as the spring break. Before executing the project, we held a "relocation briefing session" for the school's faculty and staff to provide lectures on packing methods and labeling procedures. Taking advantage of the campus relocation, we also handled the disposal of unnecessary office furniture, documents, OA equipment, and metal items.
