One of the strengths of VINA ASTEC, the local subsidiary of Nichisho Astec Co., Ltd. in Vietnam, is this beading process. We have fully inherited the beading technology, which is also one of our strengths, and we reproduce quality equivalent to that of Japan. We can also perform beading on large diameter pipes, such as 400A, with the same diameter. Since the beading process allows for the fabrication of branch piping without using tees, it reduces the number of weld points and improves the accuracy of piping lengths, leading to a reduction in assembly time on-site and ultimately lowering total costs. Of course, we also accept orders from Japan.

Free membership registrationEffective electropolishing for high hygiene management and product composition stability "Electropolishing" removes fine burrs and particles from products while forming a chromium-rich passive film that excels in corrosion resistance. It is highly effective for hygiene management and product composition stability required in manufacturing facilities for pharmaceuticals, chemicals, medical devices, semiconductors, beverages, and more. We manufacture jigs and electrodes tailored to various shapes and sizes, and we also accommodate the electropolishing of thin tubes. In particular, the Sasayama factory has been dedicated to the refinement of electropolishing (EP) technology and the accumulation of know-how for over 30 years since 1985 as a specialized electropolishing factory. We have received high evaluations from customers for the range of polishing targets and the quality of the finished products.

Free membership registrationEven though calls for shorter working hours and work style reforms are loud, the efficiency of maintenance and inspection work, which involves checking each target object on-site, is not progressing well. Depending on the scale of the plant piping, there can be over 100 to 1,000 joints in sanitary piping. After assembling the piping, a leak test using a foaming liquid is conducted at the joints, but due to the confined space among the pipes, this narrow work requires a significant amount of time. CHECK CLAMP addresses this issue with "two holes." Previously, the work hole was only at the bolt position, but CHECK CLAMP has added two holes on the side. As a result: (1) The number of work holes has doubled, making the work less affected by the bolt position. (2) It is easier to drain liquids, reducing the purging operation (removal of leak test solution) by over 30 seconds per location (according to our measurements). (3) The structure is designed to prevent the accumulation of not only the testing liquid but also moisture such as condensation, making it more hygienic compared to conventional products. These features significantly enhance the efficiency of leak testing.
