We are proposing the mass production of aluminum thermal vapor chambers that use a two-phase refrigerant in both liquid and gas phases, which rapidly transfers heat from the heat source due to internal capillary phenomena, as well as cooling and heating systems that incorporate these chambers. The TVC is manufactured using precision aluminum extrusion technology, allowing for the freedom to drill holes, perform bending processes, and braze fins as needed.
