As a case study of our automatic packaging machinery, we would like to introduce an instance where we proposed an automatic sheet supply device for a cardboard case packer to a certain food manufacturer. ■ Background The client food manufacturer desired to improve product hygiene, reduce costs through labor savings, and achieve stable production through automation by fully automating their factory line. They consulted us about automating the supply of cardboard sheets to the cardboard automatic packaging machine. ■ Proposal In response, we proposed a fully automatic sheet supply device for the sheet magazine section of the cardboard case packer.
