Our company performs sublimation printing, which allows for the creation of original designs from printed photos by applying special ink onto a resin-coated surface and heating it to penetrate the ink into the resin. We can also achieve full-color (4-color) printing. The printing media includes materials that are resistant to high temperatures, such as ceramics, metals, fabrics, and engineering plastics. Ink is placed on a pad plate (an object engraved with the design to be printed on a metal plate), and when scraped with a flat blade, the ink remains only on the design. This ink is then transferred using a pad (made of silicone, available in various shapes and sizes to match the design) and pressed onto the printing medium, causing the ink to peel off from the pad and print onto the surface. Our company offers "silkscreen printing," where ink is applied to a silk screen and scraped with a rubber plate, resulting in only the areas that are missing ink being printed. Among special printing methods, it allows for easy control of film thickness and enables vivid color expression.
