This training course is based on Notification No. 1 from the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, and the Ministry of the Environment. Participants who pass the completion examination after attending the lectures will be granted the qualification of "investigator." From October 1, 2023, investigations conducted prior to the demolition or renovation of buildings as stipulated by the Air Pollution Control Act and the Asbestos Hazard Prevention Regulations must be carried out by individuals with the same qualification.
