Process technology for waste acid treatment equipment

This is an introduction to a new wet hydrochloric acid recovery process that replaces the conventional roasting method.

The waste acid treatment equipment is a process that recovers hydrochloric acid and iron oxide from the ferric chloride solution discharged from the steel acid washing process. Traditionally, thermal decomposition methods using combustion gases, such as the spray roasting method (Rusner method) and fluidized roasting method (Rulgi method), were utilized, but our process conducts all reactions in the liquid phase. Additionally, this process can also be applied to recover hydrofluoric acid from iron fluoride. 【Features】 - No exhaust gas is produced, eliminating the need for exhaust gas treatment for NOx, HCl, dust, etc. - Easy to start and stop operations due to the liquid phase reaction. - Uses steam as the heat source, eliminating the need for fuel. - Energy-saving compared to conventional methods. - The concentration of recovered hydrochloric acid can exceed the azeotropic composition. - Requires a small installation space. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Incineration Technology: Solid Waste Incineration Equipment

It is equipment suitable for the effective use of waste heat energy, such as steam recovery and power recovery.

The solid waste incineration system is capable of completely incinerating a wide variety of waste. By combining a kiln and a stoker, waste is dried and incinerated in the kiln furnace, while difficult-to-burn materials are incinerated in the stoker furnace with a longer residence time. Additionally, incineration ash and dust are mixed and conditioned, and further insolubilization treatment is performed using chelation. It is also possible to incorporate drying equipment for sludge utilizing the flue gas from the combustion furnace. 【Features】 ■ Operation tailored to waste types through individual combustion management of the kiln and stoker ■ Effective use of waste heat energy (steam recovery, power recovery, drying heat source, etc.) ■ Compatibility with a wide range of waste ■ Easy operation control *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Incineration Technology: Waste Liquid Incineration Equipment / Liquid-phase Combustion Type

This is an introduction to equipment capable of incinerating waste liquid containing alkali metals that melt at high temperatures.

The waste liquid incineration equipment is capable of incinerating high COD waste liquids containing alkali metals such as sodium and potassium. In this liquid combustion device, these waste liquids are atomized and sprayed into a high-temperature atmosphere of 850 to 1200°C, completely oxidizing and decomposing organic matter. As auxiliary fuels, gaseous fuels such as natural gas, liquid fuels such as heavy oil, waste oil, and waste gas can also be utilized, allowing for simultaneous treatment of wastewater, waste gas, and waste oil. 【Features】 ■ Capable of incinerating waste liquids containing alkali metals that melt at high temperatures ■ Complete decomposition of organic matter ■ Incineration without the generation of dioxins due to rapid cooling mechanisms ■ Simultaneous treatment of wastewater, waste gas, and waste oil is possible *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Low pressure loss and corrosion-resistant! Resin-based regular filler 'MIRAX'

Demonstrates excellent liquid dispersion performance! A product that does not require a liquid redispersion device【New】.

"MIRAX" is a new type of plastic packing developed for mass transfer applications such as absorption, desorption, and distillation. It is designed to leverage the properties of plastic, featuring low pressure loss and strong resistance to corrosive liquids such as acids and alkalis. The materials can be selected and manufactured from PVC (60°C), PP (80°C), PP-HT (100°C), and PVDF (120°C) according to the fluid and temperature conditions being processed. Additionally, it possesses high buckling strength due to the use of a special welding method and corrugated plates. If you provide us with your conditions, we can calculate the processing capacity and tower diameter, and it is possible to reduce the tower diameter, so please feel free to consult us. 【Features】 ■ Low pressure loss ■ Excellent mass transfer performance ■ Superior liquid dispersion ■ High buckling strength ■ Low cost *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
