Our group consists of two companies: our company and our consolidated subsidiary, MEDRx USA INC. We are a drug discovery company group that creates new pharmaceuticals based on our unique transdermal drug delivery technology. Focusing on our proprietary transdermal drug delivery technologies, ILTS® (Ionic Liquid Transdermal System) and NCTS® (Nano-sized Colloid Transdermal System), we aim to maximize drug efficacy, reduce side effects, prevent missed doses, and enable administration to patients for whom oral administration is difficult, thereby creating pharmaceuticals with new added value.
