An ultrasonic processing machine converts high-frequency electrical signals generated by an ultrasonic oscillator into mechanical vibrations through an internal spindle. This vibrational power is transmitted to a tool holder closely attached to the spindle, causing a diamond tool at the tip to move up and down at a high frequency (approximately 20,000 times per second). Through this vibrational motion, the diamond particles strike the work surface, crushing the material into fine pieces and performing the machining process. Ultrasonic processing machines are equipped with forward-looking processing technology, enabling not only the machining of advanced materials but also the development of new markets and the pursuit of high productivity. They can directly process ceramics, reinforced glass, and composite materials with excellent properties such as wear resistance, corrosion resistance, heat resistance, and lightweight characteristics.
