The specifications for this time are based on a request from the customer, as they want to use it for durability testing of a workpiece that generates heat, and they would like the temperature to follow accordingly. We will inquire about the detailed specifications, such as the heat generation temperature range of the workpiece, and will consider and design it to allow for temperature tracking. • Thermostatic chamber

During the tensile test, we would like to conduct the test with the sample in a partially bent state. We received a request from the customer to create a chuck fixture that allows for angle adjustments. We inquired about the maximum tensile force in Newtons and designed a chuck that can adjust the angle up to 90 degrees accordingly. Year by year, various shapes of connector wires have been emerging, and we are having trouble with chucking for tensile testing. Since the sizes are all different, centering is also difficult, so we received a request from a customer to create some good fixtures. After being informed of the approximate sample sizes, we manufactured a fixture that improves efficiency. By specially processing the jaws of the vice, it is possible to securely hold various shaped workpieces in the vice. First, we inquired about the desired size and modified a standard sandblaster accordingly. We are considering updating existing equipment and would like to increase the number of samples during the update. We have received a request from the customer to take into account the limitations of the installation location. In response, our company has designed a dedicated stand that allows for an increased number of samples in a limited space. We received a request from a customer who wants to evaluate a sample, preferably a compact device that can fit in a laboratory, dry the sample, and also reduce processing time. Since they want to use it in a laboratory, we designed and manufactured a compact device that takes space into consideration and allows for tact time reduction. Due to the aging of equipment that is over 20 years old, we would like to update it, but we are having trouble because the manufacturer from that time is unknown. We received a request from the customer asking if it is possible to replace the existing device with one made using current technology. Therefore, we investigated how the existing product operates and what standards and specifications it has, and we newly manufactured a "solvent vapor generation device." We sell the "Horizontal Tensile Testing Machine MS-6" as a testing device for the crimping force (tensile strength until breakage) of crimp terminals in wire harnesses. By adopting a compact horizontal design, workpiece attachment and detachment can be performed easily at hand.
