Development and Manufacturing Report: "Solvent Vapor Generation Device"

We will introduce an overview of the development of a device for evaporating organic solvents contained in a flask using warm water!

Due to the aging of equipment that is over 20 years old, we would like to update it, but we are having trouble because the manufacturer from that time is unknown. We received a request from the customer asking if it is possible to replace the existing device with one made using current technology. Therefore, we investigated how the existing product operates and what standards and specifications it has, and we newly manufactured a "solvent vapor generation device."
