In microscopic examination, we conduct tests using three types of microscopes: those with magnifications of 8x to 50x, up to 80x, and up to 300x. The size of the products being tested ranges from a minimum of 350μm, and we detect defects below 100μm, which are difficult to identify without a microscope. In magnifying glass inspections, we conduct examinations using 2x and 4x lenses. The main products include printed circuit boards and ceramic products. We inspect for chipping and cracks on the outer edges of these products, which cannot be detected by the naked eye. Since there are many very small products, the work involved in the inspection process may lead to defects, so only inspectors who meet certain standards are assigned to the tray packing work.
