Microscopic appearance inspection

We handle products with a minimum size of 350μm and detect defects below 100μm, which are difficult to detect.

In microscopic examination, we conduct tests using three types of microscopes: those with magnifications of 8x to 50x, up to 80x, and up to 300x. The size of the products being tested ranges from a minimum of 350μm, and we detect defects below 100μm, which are difficult to identify without a microscope. Obtaining certification for special product microscopic inspection is very challenging, and only 30% of our staff have achieved this high level of expertise. 【Features】 ■ The main products include plastic products (such as mobile camera lenses and battery covers), ceramic products, SiC products, and etched products. ■ The detected defects include scratches, discoloration, bubbles, missing parts, etching residues, and metallization residues. ■ Due to the complexity of handling, inspectors with special qualifications in microscopic inspection are engaged in this work. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
