In visual inspection, the examination is conducted with the naked eye without the use of lenses such as magnifying glasses or microscopes. The main products include screws, nuts, rubber, and resin molded items, and there are requests for sorting these products based on external defects (discoloration, missing parts, scratches). Since the inspection is done with the naked eye, the eyesight of the inspectors is a significant factor. Our company conducts vision tests, and inspectors with uncorrected or corrected vision of 0.7 or higher are engaged in the inspections.
