Our company mainly manufactures tablet press parts, specifically punches and dies (kine and usu), for contract processing manufacturers, health food manufacturers, and confectionery manufacturers. We provide consistent processing of products based on requested drawings or measurements of actual items, excluding heat treatment and surface treatment. Additionally, we also perform modifications on currently used punches (such as surface roughness and edge chipping), re-surfacing, and size adjustments of dies (within standard values). We cater to customer needs for round tablets, tablet surface machining, and deformed types, from small lots to mass production.
