Free membership registration"Shutnoxus" is a sprayer that utilizes the pressure of liquefied carbon dioxide to block oxygen and spray alcohol, making it non-flammable and usable anywhere without a power source. It has obtained patents both domestically in Japan and internationally as an environmental disinfectant device that can safely spray disinfectant ethanol formulations, and it is used in various locations. Recently, we received an inquiry from Company E, which is engaged in cleaning and disinfecting facilities, and we introduced them to the "Shutnoxus" along with a set of carbon dioxide. Free membership registrationThis time, we received a request from Company A, which is engaged in precious metal processing, to purchase oxygen for metal processing of gold and platinum. Until now, Company A has been processing silver by connecting a hose from city gas to a torch for city gas. To process gold and platinum, a different torch for city gas and oxygen is required. Since two torches will be used depending on the metal being processed, they expressed a desire to branch the city gas so that both torches could be connected. This time, we informed them that they could connect the hose of the torch they use each time without adding an outlet. Additionally, for safety measures to prevent the oxygen cylinder from tipping over, they also purchased a cylinder stand to secure the cylinder. By securing the cylinder with the upper and lower chains included with the stand, the risk of the cylinder falling can be prevented. Ten years ago, they introduced a space-saving leg-mounted robot, and by implementing the first unit, they recognized the importance of welding robots. To further enhance efficiency in light of business expansion, we proposed the "Steel Column Large Assembly Robot Welding System." This system, referred to as a "dedicated robot," breaks down the steel fabrication tasks into specialized systems. By simply inputting the shape, dimensions, and other parameters from a PC equipped with a dedicated OS, the necessary current, voltage, speed, and angle for welding are automatically set. The system verifies the input dimensions and accessories, automatically correcting any discrepancies to finish the product. While the cost is more than three times that of general-purpose robots, which require operator judgment and operation, this dedicated system allows for long hours of unmanned operation regardless of the operator's skill level. This system was adapted for industrial auxiliary materials with the launch of TRUSCO's "MRO Stocker" service in January 2020. This time, we made a proposal to Company T, which is involved in vehicle equipment and other areas. The products stocked in the MRO Stocker are selected from TRUSCO Nakayama's offerings, focusing on items with high usage frequency, based on discussions with customers during the implementation phase. Leveraging our long-standing experience in the sale and delivery of supplies and consumables used on-site, we provide consistent support throughout the implementation process, including effective introduction methods, organizing and creating lists of the products to be introduced, and considering installation locations and usage methods. Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce a case study of oxygen gas implementation handled by Mascore Co., Ltd. A shop that sells live medaka (Japanese rice fish) contacted us, as they had been using commercially available oxygen cartridges for transporting the fish. However, due to an increase in their shipping volume, they expressed a desire to introduce oxygen using gas cylinders. After discussing their usage environment, we recommended an oxygen cylinder (10 liters), oxygen filling material, and a cylinder stand (for 2 cylinders of 10 liters each). Additionally, for first-time users of oxygen gas, an oxygen regulator and oxygen hose are also necessary to extract oxygen from the cylinder. There are various sizes of cylinders available: 3.4 liters (capacity 500L), 10 liters (capacity 1,500L), 13.4 liters (capacity 2,000L), and 20 liters (capacity 3,000L), allowing customers to choose based on their usage needs.
