Additionally, in surface accuracy evaluation, we have significantly reduced mold polishing time by enhancing processing accuracy and achieving a finish close to a mirror surface through cutting. Each dimension was precisely finished and processed to fit together neatly. In the displayed prototype, the clearance was 3 to 5 microns.
