• Press Dies

The "Valve Spring Retainer" is a product developed in collaboration with an automobile manufacturer, which was originally a part that underwent seven machining processes after cold forging. It is a new method that combines cold forging technology and sheet metal forming technology, achieving a one-step press process. We would like to introduce a case study of process shortening achieved through the pressing of 94 types of tappet shim thicknesses (motorcycle parts) that we conducted. Previously, the tappet shim thicknesses were processed through cutting, center hole drilling, rough double-sided grinding, and vacuum heat treatment. We would like to introduce the equipment held by the mold division of Sanyo Seisakusho Co., Ltd. We possess "300-ton progressive molds" and "200-ton progressive molds."
