In the winter of 2018, in conjunction with CBRE's office relocation in Osaka, we introduced the AV equipment and the conference room reservation management system "FUSION" from AstroServe. "FUSION" was already being used in the Tokyo office, and due to its excellent design and functionality, it was decided to implement it in the Osaka office as well. The company has been implementing various initiatives for about five years under the belief that "when the office changes, the way we work changes." Similarly, at the Kansai Branch, office design is being advanced under the concept of the "COLORFUL WORK PROJECT," which allows individuals to choose their working style according to their lifestyle. Our system was adopted through an introduction from Mitsui Design Tech, who is responsible for the design. Since 2015, the "Aureole Conference," held annually in Vietnam, took place again this year, with AstroServe supporting the broadcast from the venue in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
