This is a scale made with markings created on a film substrate, based on the precision glass scales produced by our company. While the dimensional stability of the film substrate is inferior to that of glass, we can offer it at a lower cost compared to glass. • Distance measuring device

Using the film scale developed by our company, we can create custom gauges and scales in any pattern desired by the customer. If the pattern width is 0.025mm or larger, we can offer them at a relatively low cost. We believe they can be widely used for applications such as "I want a gauge for visual inspection like this" or "I want to easily inspect and measure palm-sized products." • Inspection fixture

The film scale enables the formation of high-resolution patterns by etching metal thin films deposited on resin substrates (patent obtained). It is mainly adopted as optical sensor components centered around scales for encoders. The background can be produced in transparent or black according to your preferences, and it can also be made with specifications that allow for attachment with double-sided tape. Additionally, we have developed an attachable scale with a thickness of 0.06mm. This allows for maintaining precision while enabling patterns to be applied to three-dimensional shapes. We perform fine groove processing on glass through wet etching to create high-precision patterns. Our glass intaglio, which serves as the master for pad printing, as well as reticles and, more recently, microchannels and optical sensor components, are adopted for various applications. Our strength lies in our ability to process various materials in glass and to provide groove processing with a depth of over 10μ at a relatively low cost using our unique know-how. We excel in high-precision wet etching at the micron level. The "PL Series" is a precision measuring glass scale with graduation lines of 0.02mm thickness, etched at a pitch of 0.1mm on a transparent glass plate. It allows for precise measurement of distances for irregular curves, recording paper, etc. Since the glass scale is in close contact with the object being measured, there is no error due to parallax. 【Features】 ■ The glass scale has good transparency and minimal error due to temperature differences. ■ Precise measurements are easy to perform without using measuring instruments. ■ By using two magnifying glasses (10x), measurements can be taken successively between two or more points. ■ Customization of graduation length and color is available according to customer requests.
