[Patent Granted] Thin! Stickable! Flexible High-Definition Film Scale
The film scale enables the formation of high-resolution patterns by etching metal thin films deposited on resin substrates (patent obtained). It is mainly adopted as optical sensor components centered around scales for encoders. The background can be produced in transparent or black according to your preferences, and it can also be made with specifications that allow for attachment with double-sided tape. Additionally, we have developed an attachable scale with a thickness of 0.06mm. This allows for maintaining precision while enabling patterns to be applied to three-dimensional shapes. We kindly ask you to consider it as an "attachable scale." *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.*

Since our establishment over 70 years ago, we have been engaged in fine processing using wet etching. We specialize in groove processing of various types of glass and precise patterning on metal thin films deposited on glass and resin substrates. - Precision glass scales - Glass intaglio for pad printing/taco printing - Various glass etching (screen glass, polarizing filters [camera cross filters], etc.) - Microreactors - Film-based linear scales and rotary scales for encoders - Optical sensor components for controlling movements in robots, motors, and more We focus on manufacturing centered around the above. Additionally, we continue to challenge the limits of precision at the micron level in various fields, including industry, medicine, and research, serving as the "unsung heroes" behind the scenes.
