Business Activities
We specialize in precision sheet metal processing through small-scale, precise press processing primarily focused on thin plates and thin materials, as well as prototype processing of complex shapes that require multi-step bending processes, used in electronic and medical devices. We can handle a wide range of metal materials with thicknesses from t0.1 to around t1.2, including SUS, aluminum, phosphor bronze, copper, and brass. Additionally, our unique bending method allows us to achieve precise bending processing of less than 1mm and simple Z-bending without the need for expensive new bending molds, enabling speedy processing without molds and the capability to meet short delivery times.
