We are a custom manufacturer of swing doors that provides direct sales using our own sheet metal processing line.
Our company has started operations as an in-house outsourcing provider for SUB ASSY work on Subaru Sambar parts at the Isesaki Plant of Fuji Heavy Industries Ltd. Subsequently, we have been engaged in steel plate cutting operations and line work for the Subaru 360 at the Gunma Manufacturing Plant of Fuji Heavy Industries Ltd. Furthermore, with the transfer of contract work to the main factory of Fuji Heavy Industries Ltd., we began to undertake SUB ASSY work as in-house outsourcing. Currently, we are expanding our business in various areas, including in-house outsourcing at the headquarters factory of Fuji Heavy Industries Ltd., operations as an OEM manufacturer for swing doors, and maintenance services for Amada Corporation.
Business Activities
Automotive Sheet Metal Division Within Subaru Corporation, thin sheet metal processing is carried out with a focus on utilizing scrap materials. Precision Sheet Metal Division Processing, welding, and assembly of various sheet metals using NCT. Swing Door Division Mainly engaged in the assembly of factory and commercial doors, as well as the production of door frames and related components. Can Manufacturing and Sheet Metal Division Heavy can manufacturing processing of thick plates, medium plates, and general steel materials, including frames for dedicated machines. Equipment Design and Manufacturing Division Design and manufacturing tailored to various requests and budgets for labor-saving equipment, food processing equipment, robot jigs, and "wishful thinking" equipment. Maintenance Service Division Conducts on-site repairs of Amada sheet metal machines, as well as installation, relocation, and general maintenance of system equipment, at the request of Amada Co., Ltd. Contracting / Staffing Division The staffing and contracting division specializes in the manufacturing industry, providing staffing and contracting services for both Japanese and foreign personnel. Additionally, it offers interpretation and translation support services while employing a multinational workforce.
