We are strengthening our global competitiveness through a four-polar system involving Japan, Michigan in the United States, Binh Duong Province in Vietnam, and Nuevo León in Mexico.
We mainly perform cold forging and precision machining of automotive functional parts, and our products are widely used in powertrains, seats, bodies, air conditioning, safety devices, and more. We have experience processing materials such as iron and aluminum, but we particularly excel in machining stainless steel. 【Industry】 ■Processing and sales of automotive components through cold forging and machining In cold forging, we are working on net shape to reduce the number of processes in the machining stage. In the inspection process, we have introduced image processing to reduce inspection labor and improve reliability. For production preparation, we utilize CAE analysis and CAD/CAM to conduct consistent process considerations from development and design to mass production.
