We will be exhibiting some of the products developed by our company at the Image Sensing Exhibition 2025, scheduled to be held at Pacifico Yokohama from June 11 (Wednesday) to June 13 (Friday), 2025. We plan to showcase HALCON's image inspection technology and AI image inspection technology using HALCON's deep learning. If you bring sample products on the day of the event, we would like to discuss their inspectability together. We have made progress in enabling color sorting of glass bottles using AI image processing at our company. The features are as follows: 1. It is a highly efficient device at a very competitive price, with detection accuracy between 90% and 99%. 2. The training data consists only of the colors of bottles to be sorted. 3. There is no need to train on items like empty cans or PET bottles! 4. The lighting uses only commonly used white LEDs, without any special light sources. 5. The AI image processing utilizes the world-class deep learning capabilities of HALCON. 6. Due to a special learning method, the amount of image data used for training can be minimized.

Our company has evolved the glass recycling sorter to the 9th generation. We have reviewed the shortcomings of the 8th generation and made performance improvements. With this specification, we are receiving many inquiries from glass recycling manufacturers, construction industry manufacturers, food manufacturers, wood processing manufacturers, and others. Our sorters are characterized by receiving inquiries from various industries, so even if your industry is not listed here, please feel free to consult us.
