At JIMTOF 2024, held over six days from November 5 to November 10, we made our first exhibition of the FX7 ULTRA, a CNC grinding machine for small-diameter and micro-processing. The FX7 ULTRA is a new model of CNC tool grinding machine designed for small and micro tools down to 0.03 mm. With smooth parameters, it allows for more reliable control of speed and acceleration while limiting machine jerk, enhancing the rigidity of the C-axis with nanometer and micrometer level resolution on linear and rotational axes. On the day of the exhibition, many customers visited us, and they were able to experience the precision of the machine by handling the tools that were actually processed. On May 24, 2024 (Friday), we held an Open House at the ANCA Japan headquarters located in Minato Ward, Nagoya City. We conducted two seminars, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, where we announced our new software "ToolRoom RN35." Additionally, we showcased our latest grinding machines, "MX7 ULTRA" and "FX7 ULTRA," in our demo room. The newly announced software ToolRoom RN35 is a grinding machine software designed with advanced features to enhance productivity, ensure stable tool quality, and achieve excellent surface finishes. It also includes functions to extend grinding wheel life and automatic parameter settings for consistent removal rates and reduced air time.
