We received an order for "Safety Gate" from an industrial parts coating manufacturer. One unit is a large product with a width of about 2700mm. Since the installation site is close to the sea and experiences strong winds, we excavated the ground for the column part, erected steel columns, and constructed a lightweight and sturdy frame using aluminum welding. This time, we also changed the shape of the upper R part to connect it to the columns from above. The structure of the R part has been reinforced for strength by incorporating ribs (reinforcement members) while also reducing weight. Additionally, for the wall-mounted type, we adjusted the shape to match the steps on the wall for installation. Since it is outdoors with good sunlight exposure, all display surfaces have been finished with UV-cut lamination. We received an order for the "Safety Gate" from a precision machinery parts manufacturing company. There were requests regarding the shape of the installation location and the need to secure walking space after the gate is installed, so we manufactured it in a special shape that is not a standard gate type. To ensure walking space, we designed it in an L-shape against the wall for a secure installation, and we also rotated one of the gate's pillars by 90 degrees to maintain visibility while ensuring walking space. We have installed a self-standing "Safety Gate" at the main entrance of a factory belonging to a manufacturer of special vehicles and transportation machinery. Since part of the ground at the desired installation location was asphalt, we excavated the ground to install steel columns, to which we attached the posts. The other post is fixed using KSP's original adjuster (adjustment device) with anchor bolts. This adjuster allows for easy level (height) adjustments, enabling a clean installation. Additionally, we used long-term outdoor encapsulated lens-type reflective sheets on the entire display surface. This helps it shine brightly when illuminated at night or when car headlights shine on it, contributing to nighttime safety. It also has a glossy appearance during the day, making it very visually appealing. ◼︎ Types of Paint with Good Compatibility Epoxy resin-based paints and hard polyurethane resin paints are recommended for their high adhesion to floor surfaces. If a film is applied over regular paint or acrylic resin-based paint, impacts on the film may cause the paint film to peel off from the concrete or other floor surfaces, leading to film lifting. Additionally, if the film is applied before the paint is completely dry, the evaporation of solvents (such as water or thinner) within the paint can cause the film to lift. Therefore, two-component paints that use hardeners tend to have shorter drying times and better compatibility.
