Biobased raw material profiling service

We provide a profiling service for biological-derived raw materials through DNA analysis. (1) Detailed analysis of a single species We identify specific gene regions to determine the species. In addition to identifying the species, we can also distinguish finer details such as rice varieties and detect genetically modified foods that other companies do not target. (Service example: Simultaneous detection of genetically modified soybeans) (2) Simultaneous analysis of multiple species Using gene analysis through next-generation sequencing (NGS), we analyze materials composed of multiple species simultaneously and identify the species that make up the raw materials. This service can be applied to samples suitable for DNA analysis for various purposes. (Service example: Honey pollen metagenome analysis / Spice and herb analysis) (3) Estimation of the absence of species We estimate not only the presence of species but also the absence based on certain criteria. In addition to DNA analysis, we determine whether the sample contains raw materials derived from specific species through protein analysis and other methods. (Service example: FreeFrom tests such as gluten-free verification)
