Manufacturing of high-layer-count multilayer substrates, IVH substrates, build-up substrates, and back-drill substrates with eight or more layers is possible in collaboration with partner companies. We can also accommodate substrate manufacturing using "low dielectric materials" MEGTRON 6 and MEGTRON 7, as well as "FR-4" halogen-free materials. We propose high-quality reflective slit plates that are optimal for reflective absolute encoders, which are being commercialized by various encoder IC manufacturers. This has been achieved through a combination of Ni electroforming technology and fine photolithography technology, which can accommodate the reflective/non-reflective random tracks for absolute encoders that are difficult to realize with etching alone. We also support absolute linear scales. Our products are already widely adopted in mass production for industrial equipment applications and automotive products. • Processing Contract

We offer large-area etching processing services up to a maximum size of 600mm × 1300mm. We can accommodate prototype mass production with a 700mm wide line. We are capable of large-scale etching processing for speaker nets for flat-screen TVs (up to 65 inches) and exhaust ducts for production equipment.
