A group of coil specialists.
Our company's characteristic is "integrated production from manufacturing production equipment to coils." We have established a three-department system for design, processing, and assembly, and we develop and manufacture production equipment in-house, providing coil products tailored to customer needs, ranging from large to small, quickly, with high precision, and at low cost. In recent years, we have also been working on developing entirely new businesses, breaking out of the shell of relying solely on the experience and technology we have cultivated so far. All employees aim to contribute to the local community of Omura and society while enjoying and having fun in the process, striving to be such a company.
Business Activities
We are a coil manufacturer whose main business is the assembly of coil units and the use of coils. Our products can be broadly classified into three categories: air-core coils, winding coils for molded products, and adhesive assemblies for molded products. Among these, we specialize in ultra-small, ultra-thin, special shapes, continuous winding, and inner diameter stepped coils, with our main products being coils for non-contact charging, in-vehicle meters, inter-distance sensors, engine starters, general optical pickups, cameras, projectors, and relays. We also custom-make prototypes in small lots according to customer requests. Additionally, we have our own technical department and possess numerous processing facilities. We design and manufacture everything related to coil production, including automation equipment and associated jigs, all in a consistent manner, and we also utilize this technology to manufacture custom-made equipment.
