Free membership registrationThis document introduces numerous VA case studies conducted by SANKIN, an advanced development company that opens the future with the bond of trust. It includes examples such as the successful reduction of material input and cutting time through the drilling of holes in 36 hexagonal cold forging, as well as a case where we successfully increased hardness in response to customer requests by changing from hollow bolt cold forging to pipe material. The strong trust we receive from leading companies supports SANKIN's high quality. [Featured Case Studies] ■ Drilling through in 36 hexagonal cold forging ■ φ4×t0.8 pipe cold forging (L=70) ■ Change from hollow bolt cold forging to pipe material ■ Drilling through in 36 hexagonal cold forging *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationCurrently, in Japan, we are using cold forging (header) only for the external shape, and then performing drilling and external processing with a CNC chuck. There have been differences in the inner diameter hole sizes, requiring setup changes each time. The inner diameter hole processing takes the most time in the machining process, resulting in lost processing time. Due to changes in processing methods and a global increase in steel prices, we have implemented a switch to regions with cheaper materials. After improvements, we achieved a 20% reduction in material costs and increased production efficiency for small lots of various products by using dedicated drilling for the holes, ensuring the stock of blank materials. Overall, we were able to reduce total costs by 25% to 35% (according to our estimates). [Focus Points] ■ Surge in steel prices ■ Reduction in drilling time ■ Inadequate supply relative to costs based on size *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce the VA case conducted by Sanki Screw Industrial. This includes a case of "through hole drilling using 36 hexagonal cold forging," a successful cost reduction in material expenses by changing "hollow bolt cold forging to pipe material," and a case of "φ4×t0.8 pipe cold forging (L=70)" which reduced costs through the automation of inner tube gauge inspection. Please feel free to contact us for inquiries. 【Cases】 ■ Through hole drilling using 36 hexagonal cold forging ■ Change from hollow bolt cold forging to pipe material ■ φ4×t0.8 pipe cold forging (L=70) *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce a case of "drilling through a 36 hexagonal cold forged part." Previously, during processing with cold forging, there were instances where the fiber flow would break while drilling the inner diameter hole of the 36 hexagon, resulting in incomplete drilling and only processing the non-through part of the inner tube. By changing the forging method, we were able to achieve through-holes, which allowed us to reduce the amount of material input and cutting time. [Focus Points] - Reduction of man-hours - Reduction of material costs - Inadequate supply that matches costs based on size *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce a case of "changing from cold forged hollow bolts to pipe material." We switched the hollow bolt, a product with a total length of 100mm, from machining to cold forging using a value analysis proposal, but we encountered hardness issues. Drilling holes in the longitudinal direction of the forged product was difficult due to the customer's required hardness. We reduced processing time and steps on the machining equipment while lowering the material quality, but ultimately improved the final challenges. By using pipe material instead of wire material and utilizing overseas materials, we successfully reduced material costs and increased hardness as per the customer's request. [Focus Points] - Hardness as per the drawing - Reduction in material costs - Automation *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

Free membership registrationWe will introduce a case of cold forging a φ4×t0.8 pipe (L=70). Until now, the longest size for φ4 in cold forging was L=55, and products longer than L=55 were processed by cutting pipe materials, which incurred costs for each process (4 processes) and quality-related items (foreign matter in the inner tube, burrs, etc.). By purchasing coil material (SWCH10A) and performing cold forging, we were able to process φ4 size cold forging with a length of L=70mm. By converting from pipe material to wire material, material costs were significantly reduced, and costs were cut through the automation of full-length inspection and inner tube gauge inspection. [Focus Points] ■ Reduction of man-hours ■ Reduction of material costs ■ Inadequate supply that matches costs due to size *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registration"Dalian Fenghua Industrial Co., Ltd." is a newly established advanced production base in Dalian City, Liaoning Province, a major city in the northeast, founded in 1997. A significant feature is that it is a "wholly-owned enterprise." Unlike joint ventures with local corporations, which are common in China, our company benefits from its own capital, allowing for more flexible production activities and business development. In terms of equipment, we are fully equipped with 88 NC lathe lines that enable mass integrated production, as well as three brazing furnaces (for iron). Additionally, to accommodate the expanding production and further improve quality year by year, we built a new factory (the fourth factory) adjacent to the third factory, which began operations in August 2005. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.*
