" Ceramic composite coating" is a composite coating of ceramic and fluororesin that utilizes the sol-gel method of conventional ceramic coating. Due to its strong adhesion resulting from dehydration and shrinkage polymerization, it prevents the progression of corrosion from the interface between the substrate and the ceramic coating even when exposed to corrosive environments. Unlike general composite coatings that disperse PTFE materials in ceramic paint, the adhesion between the substrate and the coating film is strong, preventing peeling.
