Achieve a longer lifespan than fluororesin coatings with a composite coating of ceramic and fluororesin!
" Ceramic composite coating" is a composite coating of ceramic and fluororesin that utilizes the sol-gel method of conventional ceramic coating. Due to its strong adhesion resulting from dehydration and shrinkage polymerization, it prevents the progression of corrosion from the interface between the substrate and the ceramic coating even when exposed to corrosive environments. Unlike general composite coatings that disperse PTFE materials in ceramic paint, the adhesion between the substrate and the coating film is strong, preventing peeling. It excels in low friction, making it possible to prevent scratches that occur during product transport and wear of the transport substrate. 【Differences from fluororesin coatings】 ■ Can be used at 300°C. ■ Reduces the need for parts replacement due to wear, thus lowering running costs. ■ Strong against steam, with adhesion that makes peeling difficult.

FC Corporation specializes in surface treatment processing, focusing on fluoropolymer coatings (Teflon coatings), ceramic coatings, and PEEK coatings. Fluoropolymer coatings (Teflon coatings) possess many excellent properties such as heat resistance, non-stickiness, wear resistance, low friction, chemical resistance, and insulation that cannot be achieved with other resin coatings. Ceramic coatings have exceptional heat resistance, maintaining non-stickiness, low friction, and wear resistance even at high temperatures, and their hard 9H coating significantly enhances durability. Additionally, they excel in thermal conductivity due to far-infrared radiation.
