Numerous achievements in providing alternatives to PFAS regulations (fluorinated compounds). Introducing our PFAS alternatives.
Currently, there is a strong movement in Europe to regulate PFAS, and many companies in Japan are also starting to stop using fluororesins in food machinery and other applications. Our company offers the following three products as alternatives to PFAS. We also provide various coatings depending on other applications. ■ FCX coat Antonym - Used overseas for baking molds and pan trays - Heat resistance temperature ranges from 200°C to 250°C ■ Ceramic Coating - The coating film is hard and has excellent wear resistance and durability - Can be used safely at high temperatures without the worry of toxic gas emissions ■ PEEK Coating - Excellent slip properties, used in food manufacturing line shooters, etc. - High wear resistance and chemical resistance *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Company information
FC Corporation specializes in surface treatment processing, focusing on fluoropolymer coatings (Teflon coatings), ceramic coatings, and PEEK coatings. Fluoropolymer coatings (Teflon coatings) possess many excellent properties such as heat resistance, non-stickiness, wear resistance, low friction, chemical resistance, and insulation that cannot be achieved with other resin coatings. Ceramic coatings have exceptional heat resistance, maintaining non-stickiness, low friction, and wear resistance even at high temperatures, and their hard 9H coating significantly enhances durability. Additionally, they excel in thermal conductivity due to far-infrared radiation.
